Paul Plamondon, MS, CPCC.

Paul Plamondon is a professional instructional designer with his Masters Degree in Education from Capella University and his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Occidental College in Los Angeles. He specializes in creating workshops and learning materials based on adult learning principles and graphic design concepts. He also leads train-the-trainer programs and experiential workshops on communication, management, relationship skills, and finding success. Paul formed Custom Training Design in 2001 and brought it under the new parent organization he formed in 2008, Freemondon, LLC.

Paul is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), receiving his training from the Coaches Training Institute. He offers coaching to individuals - executives, managers, business owners, employees, moms, dads, and students - who want to access their courageous hearts and live more fulfilling lives. He also coaches individuals and teams in the specialized process of instructional design so that they can learn how to create their own workshops.

Thomas E. Freese, Ph.D.

Thomas E. Freese (Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, California School of Professional Psychology) is currently the Director of Training for UCLA Integrated Substance Abuse Programs (ISAP) and the Director of the Pacific Southwest Addictions Technology Transfer Center (PSATTC). He has been a featured presenter at conferences and meetings nationally and internationally on the impact and treatment of methamphetamine. 

Tom has developed and conducted trainings in 40 states and internationally, providing training and workshops for clinicians-in-training at all levels. He is an expert in human behavior, change management, substance abuse treatment, and human relationships.
